Six Symptoms of an Ailing Church

If, indeed, people are leaving the Church, and America is slowly becoming unchurched, we have to figure out why we are less effective. We can listen to the complaints of those that have a bone to pick with us. Some of those complaints are valid, and some we must consider and take with a grain of salt. What causes these feelings? How can we regain the influence we once had in our communities? The linked article is a pretty good indication of some of those symptoms. What else is weakening the Church and how can we fix these issues?

Is Christianity Dead?

This is a sad trend, but one that we must be willing to take an honest look at ourselves and ask what we can do to fix it. If we do nothing, the American Church will continue to shrink, and will become irrelevant (much like Europe's). We cannot allow this to happen, or we will have no shot at restoring our country to the ideals that have kept us going for 200+ years. The answer is inside each one of us. We must do the hard work now, before we pass the point of no return. Read and ponder, my friends...
